Home Visiting Service

We understand many patients struggle to travel to appointments. Our urgent care home visiting service provides same-day appointments to those in their own homes. Our healthcare professionals carry a range of diagnostic equipment, including ECG, urinalysis, thermometers, oxygen saturation and non-invasive blood pressure monitors. For those requiring a more in-depth review, our healthcare professionals can undertake point-of-care blood testing, discuss with our senior Doctors, and arrange prescriptions or onward referral.
Fit-to-fly Medicals
- Fitness to fly medicals include an assessment of fitness to fly and compilation of the necessary medical information for submission to an airline (including, if necessary, completion of the MEDIF form). Our senior Doctors can provide fit-to-fly medical letters to provide to your airline.
Driving Medicals
Medicals for driving by one of our senior Doctors that take just 20 minutes!
Whether you are looking for a HGV or D4 driving medical, looking to gain your C1 license, or are a taxi driver needing your occupational medical, we’ve got you covered! Our medicals are delivered in person, in our brand new clinical hub just off the M271, with free parking and same-day booked appointments.

Where is the Clinical Hub located?
Our Clinical Hub and Urgent Treatment Centre is brand new to Southampton, conveniently located just off the M271 with excellent links from Southampton city centre, the New Forest, Winchester, Portsmouth and Bournemouth. Free on-site parking is available.
What if I can’t travel to the hub?
If you can’t attend in person, our home visiting service allows clinicians to see you at home. We also offer telemedicine so you can get advice, prescriptions, and treatment remotely.
Who can use the Clinical Hub?
Anyone can access our Clinical Hub services. They are private, pay-as-you-go, and designed for patients who need fast access to healthcare without long waits or GP delays.
What hours are you open?
Our Clinical Hub and Urgent Treatment Centre are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on weekends from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This allows us to provide flexible access to urgent healthcare services throughout the week and weekend, accommodating your schedule and urgent medical needs.
