Our Clinical Hub and Urgent Treatment Centre is conveniently located just off the M271, making it easy to reach from Southampton, the New Forest, Winchester, Portsmouth and Bournemouth.
Whether you’re visiting for urgent care, vaccinations, wellbeing support or a medical assessment, you’ll find a modern, welcoming environment with free on-site parking and same-day appointments available.

Urgent Treatment Centre
If you need help today for a minor illness or injury, our Urgent Treatment Centre provides same-day access to a healthcare professional, 7 days a week.
Appointments are private and pay-as-you-go, with no referral needed: online consultations from £50, in- person visits from £80.
We assess and treat common minor conditions such as infections, sprains, minor wounds, rashes, earache and urinary symptoms. We can provide advice, treatment, prescriptions and onward referrals.
We are not an emergency service and cannot treat serious or life-threatening conditions, including:

Travel Clinic
Planning a trip abroad? Our Travel Clinic can help you prepare for safe and healthy travel.
Travel consultations are £20, with vaccination costs charged separately depending on your destination and requirements.
Menopause & Wellbeing Clinic
Our menopause and wellbeing service provides personalised support to help you manage symptoms and feel your best through every stage of menopause.
Our clinicians can offer advice, assessment and treatment options for symptoms such as hot flushes, sleep disturbances, mood changes and hormonal imbalance, helping you make informed decisions about your health and wellbeing.
Appointments are available from £50.

Joint Injections
If joint pain is affecting your mobility or day-to-day activities, our clinicians can assess your symptoms and discuss whether a steroid injection may be suitable for you.
Joint injections can help reduce pain and inflammation, supporting improved movement and comfort.

Medicals
Need a medical assessment for work, driving or travel? Our experienced clinicians offer a range of private medicals with quick, convenient appointments.
We provide DVLA C1, D4 and HGV medicals, taxi medicals, fit-to-fly certificates, ML5 assessments and selected occupational medicals. Most appointments take around 20 minutes.

We offer same-day appointments on selected days, with next-day appointments available on others, depending on availability.
Our Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) is currently closed at weekends.

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No, you don’t need a referral to use our Clinical Hub. You can contact us directly by phone or book an appointment yourself.

Yes. Our doctors can prescribe medication where appropriate as part of your consultation and treatment.
Who can use the Clinical Hub?
Our Clinical Hub is for adults and children aged 2 and over who need help with a minor illness or injury.
We can assess and treat common conditions such as infections, sprains, minor wounds, rashes, earache and urinary symptoms, and provide appropriate advice, treatment and prescriptions.
We are not an emergency service and cannot treat serious or life-threatening conditions, including suspected fractures requiring imaging, mental health emergencies, severe chest pain or stroke symptoms.
