7- We understand many patients struggle to travel to appointments.
- Our urgent care home visiting service provides same-day appointments to those in their own homes. Our healthcare professionals carry a range of diagnostic equipment, including ECG, urinalysis, thermometers, oxygen saturation and non-invasive blood pressure monitors.
- For those requiring a more in-depth review, our healthcare professionals can undertake point-of-care blood testing, discuss with our senior Doctors, and arrange prescriptions or onward referral.

Open 7 days a week, our Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) is located just off the M271, with free parking and refreshments. With our easy-to-use online booking appointment service, there is no need to queue up and wait; just book your 20-minute appointment now.
Suitable for patients with minor illnesses or injuries without life-threatening features, the UTC is open to all adults and children aged over 2.
And if you're unable to visit us?
No problem! Our home visiting team can come straight to you door or arrange hospital admission if necessary.

Where is the Urgent Treatment Centre located?
Our Urgent Treatment Centre is brand new to Southampton, conveniently located just off the M271 with excellent links from Southampton city centre, the New Forest, Winchester, Portsmouth and Bournemouth. Free on-site parking is available.
What can the UTC NOT treat?
We can not treat anyone who; is under the age of two, require x-rays, have mental health presentations, or any life threating emergencies including strokes, serious infections or limb threatening emergencies.
What hours are you open?
Our Urgent Treatment Centre is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on weekends from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This allows us to provide flexible access to urgent healthcare services throughout the week and weekend, accommodating your schedule and urgent medical needs.
