Whether you are applying for your C1 license or are a HGV driver, our D4 medicals are easy to book and even easier to attend at our Clinical Hub, just off the M271.
Our driving medicals are undertaken by one of our senior Doctors, take 20 minutes, and involve a review of your medical history, an eye test and your blood pressure being taken.

Taxi Medicals
We can conduct certain taxi driver medicals on behalf of the local authorities. In order for us to complete your medical, you must bring a summary of your GP record with you.
Fit to Fly Medicals
Going on holiday? Our experienced Doctors can undertake fit-to-fly assessments, and if safe, provide you with the necessary documentation to show to your airline.
Our fit-to-fly assessments take 20 minutes and are done in-person at our Clinical Hub. With same-day appointments and free on-site parking available, our clinicians are on-hand to get you holiday-ready!
What To Bring
Fit To Fly
1As part of our assessment, it is important that you bring any documentation from your GP or hospital specialist about any significant medical and mental health problems, especially heart or lung problems, diabetes, problems with your blood or any recent surgical procedures.

Driving Medicals
2You will need to ensure you bring the following documentation to your medical:
- D4 medical form
- Proof of address
- Identification (Passport or Driving Licence)
- Any prescriptions for medicines you take regularly
- Any current letters from a hospital specialist for significant medical illnesses
- Glasses you wear for driving
- Recent eye test report

Our medicals are delivered in person, in our brand new clinical hub just off the M271, with free parking and same-day booked appointments.

What are the opening hours?
Our Clinical Hub and Urgent Treatment Centre are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on weekends from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This allows us to provide flexible access to urgent healthcare services throughout the week and weekend, accommodating your schedule and urgent medical needs.
