Course Description
This newly developed course aims to develop awareness of mental health issues specifically associated with young people, including depression, eating disorders and suicide.
The content highlights the importance of skills such as active listening and supportive conversations, as well as the responsibilities of a Youth Mental Health First Aider and appropriate sources for onward support and guidance.
