Recruitment Campaign Launches for #TeamECS!

With a reputation for quality within the ambulance, event and education sectors, we are launching our largest ever recruitment opportunity to people wanting to join #TeamECS.

Fear not though, we certainly won’t be dropping our standards, focussing on ‘bums on seats’ or growing too big too quick! Hear from our people about what it means to be a part of #TeamECS.

Why ECS?

ECS was founded on a few core principles. To this day, teamwork and the passion for delivering the best care to our patients shines through, and we think this is one of the best part of ECS. To us, this makes #TeamECS!

  • As a full time member of the team, you get flexible hours to use within your rota to work across a range of activity, so pick up an event shift, teach a course or work a shift on the road; it’s up to you!

  • We believe in supporting our people far beyond just when they are on shift. Whether that is a friendly ear to talk to, or tangible support when things happen, ECS is a place where you feel safe and supported.

  • Here, everyone brings something to the team. That’s why we call it #TeamECS!

  • We provide uniform which is smart and practical, and invest heavily in our fleet and equipment which our people have designed with us.

  • We are passionate about developing our people. Whether it’s free monthly CPD, discounted courses, our funded annual essential education programme* or personal annual funded study budgets*, we invest in you so you can provide the best for our patients.

    (*PAYE only)

  • We have a range of benefits as part of our PAYE offering. From a NEST pension, to pay protection and death in service benefit schemes, we want to ensure you feel protected working for us.

Why now?

ECS is a place where everyone who champions quality patient care is welcome
