As part of our significant investment into our brand new headquarters and education centre, ECS are now in a position to offer both meeting rooms and education space to hire.
Recognising the lack of quality meeting and, importantly, clinical education space in the region, ECS designed its education centre with external use in mind. Featuring fully equipped simulation suites, multiple meeting rooms and classrooms, a relaxing break out space and plenty of good coffee, our education centre has all you need to host your next training day, board meeting or team away day.
Included in the cost of hire:
Refreshments, including quality coffee, tea, squash and biscuits
Whiteboards and pens
High definition televisions with AV link-ups in every space
Bicycle parking and shower facilities
Free parking (numbers depend on the room hired)
Air conditioning and fresh air ventilation in all rooms
Camera playback technology (available when Sim suite 2 + Education room booked together)
Electronic sign in and out system

Education / Meeting Room 1 - up to 60 person conference or meeting space with breakout (from £75/hour)
Education / Meeting Room 2 - 8 person meeting space (from £40/hour)
Education / Meeting Room 3 - up to 30 person conference or meeting space (from £60/hour)
Simulation Suite 1 - 8 person wet lab and simulation suite (from £45/hour)
Simulation Suite 2 - 12 person wet lab and simulation suite (from £50/hour)
*Please note day rates are available depending on the room requested.
Our Location
We are situated in a brand new site, on the Adanac Park estate in Nursling Southampton. Conveniently, there are good bus links to and from central station and University Hospital Southampton. There is a hotel, Costa Coffee, cafe and gym all within walking distance.
