Where would I be based?

NQPs are based from our state of the art Southampton HQ in Nursling, or (new for 2024), our Portsmouth site. You would be working primarily on our SCAS frontline contract, with opportunities as part of your flexi-shifts to work across event operations and other ambulance activity.

What will I be paid?

With a pay review ongoing, our pay is increasing with NQPs expecting to earn over £40,000 per annum based on our standard 4 on 4 off rota, with opportunities for overtime and a variety of shifts!

Holiday pay, company car scheme and pay protection all included!

How do I apply?

Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button or get in touch with our team for more information.

The application process involves sending a CV and cover letter on why you wish to join ECS, followed by shortlisting and invitation to clinical assessments, covering adult and paediatric ALS scenarios and an interview.

All you need to do is demonstrate safe and effective patient assessment and resuscitation and be your fabulous self!
